I've been neglecting food posts, but it's mostly because lately the Team has not been having very fancy meals (toast, sandwiches) and I'm still waiting on ABQ food photos.
However, now that the weather has turned rainy and cold, the kitchen has had a flurry of activity in the past few days, and even this here writer was inspired to cook up a smoked gouda mac n' cheese dish. The rest of the dishes are courtesy of Head Chef.

Around these parts there have also been multiple mugs of hot cider with rum (which unfortunately does not photograph well) consumed, helping keep the cold feet and hands warm. Hope you're having a warm and cozy Holiday Season!
