Easter Week has proved to be, strangely enough, Mexican Fiesta Week in the Small Fry Crafts kitchen.
Quesadillas, tasty guacamole, black bean soup (very similar to frijoles con todos ) with fresh avocado, homemade nachos (like a dream come true, brought into my very home!)...I so very much love Mexican food, and it was a treat to have it made fresh all week by Head Chef (apologies for the semi-bad photos making everything delicious look absolutely bland!!).
With of course, this added bonus meal Wednesday night: french fries with parmesan and rosemary.
