With my food blog. I am listening to Seona Dancing (yes, Ricky Gervais' old band--they were very popular in the Philippines, strangely enough) while I post this, hoping it puts some spring into my step. Here is a sampling of Head Chef's concoctions over the past few weeks.
Baked polenta. Deliciousness on a plate.
Mushroom and pepperoni pie!
Polenta with chard, carrot, and mushroom (Head Chef's had bits o' bacon on top).
Still have more to update, just need to find some time. Hope everyone has been eating well. I can't wait to start baking (specifically vegan baking) again, I think about it constantly!
