Beans and Noodles

There have been a lot of beans being cooked up around these parts lately. Firstly, delicious rice and black beans.

Secondly, this delightful white bean and tuna salad served with Arizmende English muffins.

And, not bean related, but very yummy, buckwheat noodles with peanut butter sauce (peanut butter, chile sauce, ginger, garlic, soy sauce), served with pickled cucumbers. Although the photo makes it look very unattractive, I love this dish!
