A beautiful French Onion Tart via Head Chef (I can't believe I forgot to take an "after" photo! ) that was incredibly, painfully addictive, and homemade fries two nights in a row (notice computer keyboard and cell phone nerdiness in background).
I think I'm beginning to appreciate French food. I need to further investigate.
(And no, I don't think French fries count as "French food.")
