Happy Valentine's Day! Today is a fantastic excuse to eat excessive amounts of chocolate and drink lots of wine. Food is a-brewing in this here household for tonight's meal. In the meantime, here is a photo of the wonderful risotto that Head Chef made last night, filled with peas, carrots, mushroom, and plenty of grana padano.
