New York City Part 2

For someone who got sick and left New York in a matter of days, I sure did find time to eat a lot.

A lot of that time was spent at Momofuku Noodle Bar and Milk Bar.

The broth in Nic's namesake Momofuku ramen dish was extraordinary. I can't say I've ever tasted anything quite like it in my life.

Same goes for the ginger scallion noodles. Incredible.

I know the apple cheddar cornbread sounds gross, but it was delicious, and made even more delectable with Sriracha on top.

I have been thinking a lot about Momofuku. Too bad sending a pie cross country would set me back about $77.00.
