This weekend Head Chef made a delicious salad with a side of English muffin from the local bakery, Arizmendi.
With chicken, for the chicken lovers in the house.
And with an egg, for those who like eggs.
And for dessert, some mint chocolate cupcakes (only four pictured here, as the rest of them were already inside this writer's tummy by the time the photo was taken).
