I think I have kick-*ssed my way to making amazing vegan chocolate cupcakes. I have given them to friends who have had no idea.
Straight-up vanilla cupcakes, however, are an entirely different story. I absolutely despise dense cupcakes, and although these were not dense, they had other slight issues. The Team thought that the little vegan delights pictured above had a bit too sticky of cake consistency (did that even make sense?). I am a perfectionist, so I must conquer this one day soon!

We need to build a teleporter so you can send these to me. I do not care if they are too sticky. They can stick to my taste buds.
