Include beef ragu (for Meat Lovers, Inc. only!) ...
and this wonderful salmon with cucumber salad and what I'm going to call "fancy rice," because there was a lot of yummy fanciness going on in there (garlic, onion, herbs, etc.).
I have to confess that I've been having quite a few servings of home-baked fries, but thought it might be redundant to keep showing off such lovely potatoes. I'm sure it will happen again soon, and I'll be sure to post.
