Vegan lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting. They were okay. I've made non-vegan lime ones before, and they were excellent. I think I may have to tweak this recipe a bit, but just wanted to let you know that I have been working very hard in the bakery.

Well if you don't like em, I'll send you my address. Of course, I just decided to go on a mini-diet, so I guess I'm just bluffing. But they do look tasty.
And to think that the freshly picked Meyer lemons didn't help them out! I'm not saying they're bad. Let's just say that I've eaten about 6 of them since I made them.
