Before I left for my trip to the East Coast, I made some delicious vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and some vegan oatmeal sugared ginger cookies.
I didn't think the ginger would work out, but they were pretty yumsters indeed.
Vegan cookies still aren't real cookies, but I'm getting closer to getting the consistency to be closer to the real thing. To be continued...
