Head Chef is away for the week so I foresee meals for the next 7 days consisting of lots of frozen whole-grain waffles.
Pictured below is the last awesome meal I will have for a bit. It's an amazing pasta with tuna, shallot, garlic and some other goodness I can't recall at the moment. Frozen waffles have nothing on this (sigh), although I do enjoy my processed food.
