I love how this blog has only one follower! It's like a foodie secret.
Anyway, last night Head Chef made an absolutely amazing variation of Spaghetti alla Materana. Pasta with: olives, tomato, anchovy, and onion cooked in bacon fat, finished with a generous sprinkling of toasted bread crumbs (the non-veggie version had bacon crumbled on top).
