First, let me clarify a few things. The creme fraiche pictured in an earlier post was actually to be incorporated into the panna cotta, not on top of it.
Second, homemade creme fraiche happens to be kick-butt.
Third, it seems there are two ways to spell the "panna" in "panna cotta". Either with one "n" or two.
And regarding the above photo: the Small Fry eagerly awaits the reveal of said dessert.
